Excellent apartment in a great location. Apartment was very well-appointed with everything you need and spotless. Close to the metro and several shops (monoprix and franprix). The owner is wonderful- contacted me well in advance to provide maps of the local area, recommended restaurants and shops, etc. He was extremely attentive to my stay- contacted me before arrival and then during my stay several times, and even left me breakfast for when I arrived. Couldn't have asked for anything more and will definitely make this my go-to place for my next visit.

Accueil royal ! un appartement de charme, confortable et douillet, idéalement situé par rapport au parc des expositions de la porte de Versailles Équipé avec tout le nécessaire et même plus que ce qu’on trouve d’habitude dans ce type de location. Tellement bien qu’on hésite presque à le dire de peur qu’il ne soit plus dispo pour nous la prochaine fois, car réservé par d’autres...

Nossa estadia foi excelente! Ótimo custo-beneficio, apartamento novinho, super limpo e confortável, e a localização é ótima, uma quadra do metrô. O dono foi extremamente atencioso. Recomendo!

방이 아주 예쁘고 깔끔합니다! 위치도 번화가에서 조금 벗어난 곳이라 여행객들이 붐비지 않고 파리주택가를 느낄 수 있었어요. 가까운 곳에서 버스,트램,지하철이 모두 이용가능해서 매우 만족스러웠습니다!

Host was great!! We had a 24hr flight delay so our host offered to drive us to the Eiffel Tower just shortly after our arrival which was all my kids wanted to do. He provided us with Nutella and bread. Place was super quaint, traditional & conveniently located. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Paris!

Owner is AWESOME. So welcoming and helpful. The apartment is so cute and quaint. Three adults and one child stayed here comfortably. The blankets are soft and fresh. Apartment is clean and located just across the street from the Metro. 10-minute metro rides (2) to Eiffel Tower...20 minutes to get to the train stations. Lots of little cafes close. Doesn’t feel super touristy and feels safe. We saw no pick-pockets, homeless ppl, or shady looking characters hanging around. I recommend to anyone staying in Paris and will recommend to all of my friends and family. Further, this will probably be the only place I stay when visiting Paris !”

Fantastic apartment, great location ! It was a pleasure to meet the owner Vidal for breakfast and walk around the area getting all the tips on local shops, markets and restaurants. When I arrived, after 16 hours of travel, there was a complimentary bottle of beautiful wine waiting and a jar of Nutella- made my night, haha. I will definitely be back

J’ai passé deux nuits dans l’appartement rue de Serres, et j’ai vraiment apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire et de la concierge, les petites attentions (pain de mie, confiture, Nutella, café, thé, etc.).
La situation géographique est idéale, et l’environnement absolument calme.
Bref, une très belle adresse que je ne manquerai pas de partager avec mes amis et collègues !

The kindness and the availability of the owner is amazing. The romantic apartment is in a characteristic French old style building and it is well renovated. All facilities are provided. The location is excellent, near the metro, good restaurants and shops.

De gastheer was zeer gastvrij. Hij ontvang ons niet alleen persoonlijk, maar droeg de bagage ook naar de kamer en had eten en koffie staan die we gratis mochten gebruiken. Daarnaast is het met de Metro goed te doen naar het centrum

Apartment mi viel Charme und Blick auf Sacre Coeur und ein Stückchen Eiffelturm. Die Lage in einem nicht allzu touristischen Viertel war wunderbar. Man hat sich direkt "mittendrin" gefühlt, den morgendlichen Weg zum Bäcker und Obsthändler habe ich sehr genossen. Absolut zu empfehlen : die kleine bretonische Creperie "Mad’eo !" um die Ecke in der Rue de Cadix. Die Schlafcouch war auch unseren nicht mehr ganz jungen Rücken gut zuzumuten (die Kinder haben das Doppelbett belegt) und auch sonst hat uns das Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Dusche und Toilette waren etwas eng und ein paar kleinere Teller fürs Frühstück wären schön, aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Guillaume Vidal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und die Küche war bereits mit der wichtigsten Grundausstattung fürs Frühstück bestückt. Leckerer Wein !”

До главных достопримечательностей Парижа лучше добираться на транспорте. Апартаменты очень чистые,уютные. Замечательный район, приветливый хозяин, очень-очень милая картирка !) Маленькая, но уютненькая, есть все необходимой для комфортного расположения. Недалеко супермаркет и рынок, метро, кафе и все в шаговой доступноти. До Эйфелевой башни и района Сен-Жермен ходили пешком !

This is a really lovely apartment you feel like you are living the pais life. Great location to for sight seeing. The welcome pack of wine, Brest & jam is really a nice treat after travelling all night. Also the lovely welcome/talk thru from Vidal the owner is a really nice welcome. The owner was very friendly and provided a lot of tour information for us. Excellent location to almost anywhere and the room is spacious. It actually has one living room, one bed room and one study room with laptop. It also has washing machine so we did laundry during the stay

There was everything here to make my stay perfect, from facilities to the breakfast/cleaning/cooking supplies, to the thoughtful little extras like hairdryer, iron etc. The host was charming. I personally love the location though some might find it a bit far away from the tourist sights and the cafes with menus in English. This is French neighborhood living, with the sounds of school kids during recess and everyday shops. There is a market at Convention that is interesting, and groceries within easy reach. And there’s an elevator (lift) !”
I loved this place. The only thing I could not find was a sharp knife amongst all the cooking tools. I’d be back here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment, accessoried kitchen, large bedroom, laptop and wifi. -The owner is very nice and thoughtful. -The location is very nice, only 15 minutes from the eiffel tower so you can see it’s top from the bedroom’s windows. -The neighborhood is great, it looks nice and you have close patisseries, a supermarket, a lot of restaurants specially italian ones, a very close metro and a trump(electric train).

Firstly the area the apartment is situated in. It is less than a 5 minute walk from two metro stations that offer quick, easy and cheap transport to anywhere in Paris. Lots of restaurants, take aways and supermarkets near this apartment including KFC, Subway and Mcdonalds. The area seemed very safe with young children walking around unsupervised. This apartment has everything you need for short stay in Paris.
The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful. His English is good and he allowed us to keep our luggage at his house which is nearby on the day of departure so we could enjoy our last day in Paris free of our luggage.
Now the apartment. First thoughts were it is very modern and most importantly clean. The lift to the apartment is quite small so if you are not a fan of this, enjoy walking up the stairs. The fold out sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable, when the bed is folded out there is not much room, however with the bed as a sofa there is more than enough room to not be tripping over your suitcases. The shower is very roomy for the size of the apartment. The kitchen contains a microwave, an electric hob, a coffee maker and toaster which allow you to eat in if you are on a budget. The owner of the apartment provided us with bread, butter, jam and everything you need to make tea and coffee even though the apartment is self catered. Also a bottle of wine which we did not drink. This apartment is perfect for a couple of any age staying in Paris. We also stayed in another apartment owned by the same owner due to a mistake with double booking which was larger and more suitable for a family or a larger group of travellers that we can also recommend.
